A promoter is an individual or organization that wants to sponsor a challenge to generate new mashappz ideas. Your interest might be to promote your products or services or just to encourage people to submit ideas about stuff that interests you.

A challenge is a sponsored idea jam to get more mashapp ideas about a specific topic that interests the sponsor or that involves the sponsor's products or services. The challenge terms are that each sponsor agrees to provide 3 prizes in the form of gift certificate links to the value of $50, $30 and $20. The challenge must attract at least 15 valid ideas before the sponsor can award any prizes and the sponsor must award the prizes within one month of the challenge start date.
